All products offered on our website are custom-made or personalized. Once an order is placed, we will create a proof of the design for your approval before production begins. Production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
After you approve the proof, we will begin creating your order. Please note the following:
- Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically take 5-7 business days to complete.
- Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed and the proof is approved, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will assist in resolving the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.
- Cancellations: Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before proof approval. After proof approval, cancellations are not accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mojo Plume Designs is not responsible for any damage or loss of products once they have been shipped, except in cases of negligence or error on our part. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
